What We Believe In

We believe in working together with and listening to our employees, suppliers, business partners and the people in the communities in which we live and work. We share their concerns for our neighborhoods, educating children, preserving the environment, providing jobs and doing our part to help families eat and live better by offering more nutritious food options and promoting healthy lifestyle messages. We know we have a role to play in each of these areas.

We believe in the complete contribution of all the sectors of society in the overall development of a company which includes:

  • Employees
  • Owners
  • Consumers
  • Government
  • Shareholders
  • Community
  • Environment
Being so much dependent on society, business also has a definite responsibility towards different segments of society. Though profit making is one of main objectives of business, but it has to satisfy employees, consumer, government, community, shareholders also. Business depends on society for inputs like money, men, and skills and also for market where products have to be sold to the customers. The business depends on society for existence, sustenance and encouragement. We are consistently contributing to the welfare of our country by ensuring good quality products distribution and helping the society in the best possible ways. Durha believes that unless until we give back to the country, no company can grow anywhere. We are trying to help in various verticals which include but are not limited to – Education of children in the country, Improving the overall health quality, Housing for all initiative, Swatch India campaign etc.

Traditionally, business performance was driven by financials and even in today’s social climate that will not change. But there is a growing trend toward a parallel focus, which asks the question: What is your organization’s narrative around “doing good for society.”
